Two Mules Cantina is now open to the public for breakfast, dinner, happy hour and weekend brunch. The popular restaurant and bar, located within Valencia’s Groups new Texican Court in Irving, makes the perfect spot to bond with your group after a day of meetings.
Headed by Executive Chef Patrick Hildebrandt, Two Mules Cantina showcases Southwestern-inspired dishes including offerings like smoked barbacoa mini tostadas, El Paso Eggs Benedict, Cochinita Pibil and Torta Cubana.
“When contemplating our menu, I immediately thought of rustic, hearty and spicy food at its most satisfying,” said Hildebrand. “Our menu, influenced by Spanish, Mexican, Native American and cowboy cultures, is a flavor powerhouse of cilantro, chilies, lime and avocado.”
In keeping with the Southwestern theme of big, bold and zesty flavors, Texican Court also has an on-site specialty tequila bar that serves craft cocktails and allows groups to sample regional and rare-find tequilas.
The space lends itself well to groups looking for a fun and relaxing meet-up spot. Located in the reception area adjacent to the reflecting pool, the bar is perfect for grabbing a casual happy hour cocktail or as a designated meet-up spot. For true dining, groups have the option of enjoying their fare either inside or outside where they usually will be accompanied by live music on weekend nights. A large fireplace, specialty margaritas and Western décor with modern elements all add to the sophisticated and comfortable setting.
Two Mules Cantina is open for breakfast 7-10 a.m.; brunch 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on the weekends; and 5-10 p.m. for dinner. Happy Hour is from 4-7 p.m. and 10 p.m. – 12 a.m. daily with the bar hours running from 3-11 p.m.
