Based on the belief that clean eating doesn’t have to be boring and bland, Sprout has been distinguished as the first fast-casual salad concept in the Twin Cities since opening its first of three locations in 2014. With a catering menu packed with chefcrafted salads, wraps, house-made lemonades and more, Sprout is quickly becoming a crowd favorite for large-scale healthy eating.
Groups from 10 to several hundred people can work with Sprout’s catering consultants to create the perfect spread for any particular budget. One of the most popular combinations, South of the Border, tempts with the savory Ensalada Mexicana, Argentine Steakhouse half wraps, a seasonal fruit tray with in-house honey-mint yogurt, blueberry basil lemonade and an assorted sweets tray.
“We’ve had head offices of Fortune 500 companies use us to cater for their entire employee base instead of their corporate cafeteria, worked with proud parents to cater for their kids’ birthdays … and have even catered for corporate employee retreats,” says co-founder Dmitry Kenigsberg. Sprout has also been working with the Wellbeing Committee at the University of Minnesota to promote healthy, farm-fresh catering options for meetings, and is continuing their outreach to other schools on the campus.
