The 254-room Lodge at Suncadia Resort, A Destination Hotel, located on 6,400 acres in Cle Elum, turns 10 this year. The resort features more than 20,000 square feet of conference space that was recently refreshed with new paint, carpet and furnishings. Grand and junior ballrooms, multiple banquet spaces, a boardroom and breakout rooms are among the renovated spaces.
In addition, the resort introduced a new outdoor aquatic center, the Nelson Farm Pool, featuring three separate bodies of water totaling close to 6,500 square feet, sand volleyball courts and a new seasonal restaurant, Nellie’s at the Nelson Farm, with a 2,100-square-foot indoor/outdoor dining space and bar. The aquatic center design is consistent with the surrounding meadows and historic Nelson Dairy Farm farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables that were erected in the late 1890s and can be used for events and weddings.
