Hotel Emma, in all its comfortable and unconventional glory, has come to life in the original Pearl Brewhouse in San Antonio’s Pearl District. The 146-room boutique hotel is named for Emma Koehler, the wife of brewery founder Otto Koehler. After her husband’s death, Emma successfully steered the Pearl Brewery through Prohibition.
Hotel Emma features lush details like custom-made Guayabera robes and complimentary Electra cruiser bikes for guests, who may find it difficult to part with the hotel’s carefully curated 3,700-volume library or rooftop pool. The venue also offers 6,160 square feet of event space.
