Hotel Ivy has reimagined their leisure offerings, and is launching a few new experiences that are aimed at showing a new, adventurous and upscale side of Minneapolis to travelers.
Prince’s Minneapolis
Party like it’s 1999 in the city that influenced Prince in a big way. Ride in style in a Tesla – or a modern-day little red Corvette – complete with a private Prince guide who will treat guest to a tour of Prince’s Minneapolis. Stops include Paisley Park, First Avenue and 7th Street Entry, Glam Slam, his recording studio and Calhoun Square. The tour ends with a show at Dakota Jazz Club complete with a private table and champagne.
A Long Weekend of Luxury
Recently Minneapolis has become a city filled with high-end options and the Limitless Luxury package allows guest to indulge. The hotel’s lead curator, Galie, will plan an entire weekend full of surprises for guests. Working with them to narrow their interests, she will design luxury experiences such as backstage meet and greet opportunities at concerts and shows, VIP dining experiences at the city’s top restaurants and private yacht cruises.
Land of 10,000 Lakes
One constant in Minneapolis is the city’s myriad of venues located on or by the water. With 10,000 lakes, Minneapolis is a waterside city and guest of Hotel Ivy can explore the waters with a chartered yacht or luxury sailboat. The trip can include a daytime cruise, with catered lunch and swimming for families, or a sunset cruise with wine and cocktails, live music and dinner.
