MEDEA Creates Messages on a Bottle

MEDEA, an ultra-premium vodka that’s distilled in Schiedman, Holland, and distributed through corporate headquarters in Pleasanton, California, regularly takes top awards in the Los Angeles International Spirits Competition and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. And that’s just for its taste. MEDEA also enjoys distinction for its unique bottle: the only one in the world with a programmable LED message strip, which is design- and technology-patented. Users download the MEDEA app on their phones to program the bottle, and MEDEA uses Bluetooth iBeacon technology to allow a smart phone to wirelessly set and display scrolling messages. The bottles come equipped with six preset phrases which can be edited, including happy birthday, happy anniversary and congratulations. You can also program a personal message; say, the name of a company or its newly installed CEO. And once you input the message, it can be paired with multiple bottles through the app; each is programmed individually.
