Like the space itself, this cocktail takes a classic and turns it on its head. It’s a new look of the whiskey sour, revisited in honor of Rye whisky’s birthplace.
INGREDIENTS
-2 oz. of rye whiskey
-1/2 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/2 oz. of simple syrup
-One whole egg white
-2 dashes of house-made fig bitters
-2 dashes of house-made lemon bitters
-2 dashes of house-made lime bitters
TO CREATE
1. Mix and shake hard until drink is frothy and smooth.
2. Garnish with dried fig, flaming lemon peel and drizzled line of angostura bitters.
