BUMBLES’ THE BEE-TREAT
By Megan Tierney
Event Designer; Pink Monkey Solutions

Venue: Shlomo’s Deli & Grill, Aspen

Event: Bumble launched a campaign called the Aspen Bumble Winterland and approached Pink Monkey Solutions with a desire to carry their brand from the digital to the physical world and engage their users.

Approach: Bumble, at first, came to us to recreate an entryway they had fabricated for a similar event done in another market. During my initial conversation with Bumble, I identified opportunities in which they could elevate their event and create an immersive environment for their attendees. Not only did Pink Monkey provide the archway they originally were looking for, we also created a mountain chic lounge that provided comfort for guests while offering numerous opportunities to highlight Bumble’s distinct brand and logo. Branded pillows, oxygen bars, a photo backdrop and stickers adorned the space.

TITO’S HANDMADE VODKA THANK YOU THROWDOWN
By Brittany Dosdall
Associate Director of Sales and Senior Event Designer; Decor by Design

Venue: Moss, Denver

Event: Tito’s Handmade Vodka came to us to design a one-of-akind event that embodied their brand in every way, shape and form and felt like a hipster speakeasy. They called it the “Thank You Throwdown” as the guests were top sales team members from all over the United States who were celebrating an incredible year.

Approach: These guests are entertained frequently, so we wanted to show off Denver and throw them a Tito’s party that would blow their minds. Decor by Design really took this event design to a new level and customized every element including the speakeasy-esque vignette outside to the banner installation in the foyer that acted as a wow entry piece and a perfect photo backdrop; the larger-than-life bar menus; copper tabletops; branded leather coasters at each décor vignette; and the styled build-your-own bitters station and cigar-rolling station. Every detail gave a nod to the brand.

Food: Catering by Design (our sister company) provided exciting menu items, including passed hors d’oeuvres, an interactive station-style dinner, interactive dessert stations, and late night snacks that changed throughout the evening to ensure guests always had something to munch on while enjoying signature Tito’s Vodka cocktails. As an ode to Tito’s Texas heritage, the menu really showcased a modern spin on Southern favorites and included exciting food presentation like Tito’sbranded bao buns and slider buns.
