The TS Tech Summit Road Show is in its seventh year and celebrating that with a “Mission Possible” theme. Tech experts and mentors will turn the secrets of technology into easy-to-apply tools in Las Vegas from April 20-23 at Caesar’s Palace.
“The 250 planners expected to attend the TS Tech Summit learn to manage events around the world with the touch of a finger,” said Ann Windham, owner of Imagine Xhibits & Events and thought leader of the TS Tech Summit. This year’s TS Tech Summit will provide training in small groups, hands on demonstrations, expert-led workshops, and a trade show focusing on peer to peer networking.
Planner registration includes ground transportation, a three-night stay at Caesar’s Palace, admission to all TS Tech Conference events, all meals, group excursions and local venue site inspections. Additionally, all attendees will have access to tools pertaining to event management, mobile apps, podcasts, registration, real time logistics, online asset management, trade show remote controls, and onsite management reporting.
Career development and mentoring are also a huge focus of the conference utilizing an intimate atmosphere to build meaningful relationships with tech suppliers and colleagues. “We’ve even had past participants find life partners,” said Windham. “We make it possible for long term business and personal relationship building.”
The TS Tech Summit is supported by both MPI and IAEE for Certified CE Courses for CEM and CMM industry certifications. Courses are also currently being submitted to CIC for the CMP certifications. Between the speakers, workshops and hands-on learning opportunities, participants can earn up to 10 association clock hours/CEU credits in just the three days.
While focused on education and technology, the TS Tech Summit does not forget about the fun. The three days in Las Vegas will also be spent attending site inspections, getting introduced to local vendors and hotel staff, networking opportunities, group dinners and adventures around Sin City.
Current TS Tech Summit sponsors include: Fossil, Caesars Entertainment, eventPower, event baxx, Fastbar, Groups360, Baskow DMC, DreamCars, Broussard Global, eventmobi, Poken, and Imagine Xhibits & Events.
