The IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals) had its 38th annual conference in Los Angeles. Most of the three-day event took place at the Loew’s Hotel Hollywood, where cookbook authors, leading bloggers and food writers, editors, publishers, digital media pioneers and reps from major cooking brands attended immersive workshops and educational sessions.
