INGREDIENTS
—1.75 oz. CapRock Gin
—.75 oz. Lillet Blanc
—.5 oz. rosemary simple syrup
—.5 oz. lemon juice
—4 sugar snap peas, muddled, and extra for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle snap peas with ingredients in a Boston shaker.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with sliced peas.
