Huckleberry Win
Idaho’s state fruit-the huckleberry-takes center stage at the Shore Lodge in McCall, Idaho thanks to the lodge’s Huckleberry Mojito. Try it out for yourself!
INGREDIENTS:
Two pinches of fresh mint
1 oz huckleberries soaked in simple syrup
1.5 oz 44 North Huckleberry Vodka
¾ oz fresh lime juice
3 oz soda water
Ice
CREATE:
In a pint glass, muddle mint, huckleberries, simple syrup and three ice cubes.
Add vodka, lime juice, soda water and more ice.
Pour into shaker and shake twice.
Add a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
