The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Englewood has announced that it will become part of the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand by March 2017. This conversion will not affect guest reservations, though the property is set to undergo a multimillion dollar improvement plan.
“The conversion of The Inverness Hotel & Conference Center to a Hilton Hotels & Resorts property will bring a newly designed hotel to the Denver area,” says Susan Bachman, senior director, northwest development, Hilton. “While also offering all the benefits and high-quality service expected from a Hilton hotel.”
Silverwest Hotels has been managing the hotel since November 2015 and recently embarked on a large room renovation project; the renovations began in November 2016. The new rooms will offer outlets and USB ports on the base of lamps, walk-in showers and modern fixtures. After the conversion, Two Roads Hospitality will continue to retain the on-site event planners.
“We’re very excited to announce the conversion of The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center into a Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel,” says Charles Peck, CEO, Silverwest Hotels. “We’re looking forward to sharing the beautiful room renovations and upgrades and all of the wonderful amenities of the Hilton brand with our guests.”
