Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center has added Gayla Welsh as corporate sales manager, and Jessica Wrenfrow as event sales manager.
Marcus Hotels & Resorts in Omaha has announced its new dining and bar concepts that will open in late summer: Society 1854 and Burdock + Bitters. Society 1854 will focus on regional cuisine and local flavor while Burdock + Bitters will be Omaha's newest bar and lounge.
Both concepts will be under the creative direction of executive chef Brent Hockenberry, Omaha chef Jon Seymour, and craftsman and beverage expert Granville Sharpe. Located in downtown Omaha and minutes away from many cultural attractions, the concepts will serve as a hub for downtown Omaha life.
Sarah Holtze Treadway and Eric Holtze have been appointed to co-chief executive officers at Stout Street Hospitality; Treadway will also serve as the company’s president.
The siblings are set to lead the company their father founded in 1993.
