There is a new option for meetings and special events in Evergreen, approximately 25 minutes from downtown Denver. Evergreen residents Dave Wilson and Sean Lynch redeveloped the former BMC West property into the Evergreen Mercantile Building and also developed The Wild Game with six meeting and entertainment spaces encompassing 24,500 square feet.

RENDEZVOUS TAP AND KITCHEN: This eatery holds up to 150 guests and serves Angus burgers and steaks, pasta, fish, sandwiches and salads, and a variety of cocktails and beers. The adjacent bar accommodates up to 80, and an intimate wine tasting room is ideal for small events of up to 16.

CLUBHOUSE: The sports and entertainment hall accommodates up to 250 and has largeformat HDTVs and projection screens, a bocce court, pingpong tables, shuffleboard, foosball, billiards, darts and an outdoor patio featuring horseshoes. An on-site event manager can develop team-building events and help hire a band.

GAME ZONE: This state-of-the art redemption and video arcade boasts popular skill games and allows players to accumulate points for prizes. Plus, eight lanes of bowling keep the action rolling.

VIP ROOM: For something potentially more upscale and private, this space holds up to 120 at round tables or 150 theater-style and has leading-edge A/V.
