Il Mulino New York, an iconic Italian dining restaurant, boasts four Manhattan locations alongside restaurants on Long Island; Boca Raton, Miami, and Orlando, Florida; Atlantic City, New Jersey; Nashville, Tennessee; and more. And now, as of late May, the Long Island location in Roslyn will welcome diners to The Vintage Room, an elegant private dining space for groups.
“The newly renovated room aims to provide guests with a modern atmosphere for dining while enjoying the elegant ambience of New York City and the scenic beauty of Long Island’s North Shore,” says Alis Omeragic, general manager of Il Mulino New York-Roslyn. “Before entering the room, you walk through a stairway that is decorated with wine bottles from [the] floor to [the] ceiling—[and] as you enter the room, the wine decor stays consistent with a full wall of wine bottles.”
Since 1981, Il Mulino New York has been crafting traditional Italian plates including homemade pastas, fresh seafood, and succulent meats. Fan favorites include the Alla Bolognese, Veal Scaloppini, Al Marsala, Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, Capellini Il Mulino, and Porcini Risotto. The Vintage Room can seat up to 85 guests and offers 1,500 square feet of space. When it comes to a group’s dining options, Il Mulino New York is flexible and can provide plated meals, buffets, and reception-style bites, all with the availability to customize based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
“Il Mulino New York Long Island’s private dining space gives off a mix of elegance and sophistication, providing accommodations for groups large and small,” Omeragic adds.
