The IAVM Foundation has named a local event professional a member to its 30 Under 30 Class of 2015.
The organization—a nonprofit dedicated to increasing the positive impact and vitality of the public assembly industry—honored Bill Enkhbayar, event manager, Global Spectrum at Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall, by placing him on the list, which centers on naming and fostering venue industry professionals in the field of venue management that are under 30 years old.
As part of the honor, Enkhbayar will receive free registration to VenueConnect—IAVM’s Annual Conference & Trade Show in Baltimore—a travel stipend and a complimentary one-year Young Professional Membership. He will be recognized at the Venue Industry Awards luncheon portion of the conference.
Enkhbayar joined the venue management field in 2011 as a graduate assistant/event manager for Global Spectrum at The Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. After two years, he switched to event manager at the Global Spectrum-managed Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. He worked there for eight months before beginning his current role.
