Atlantic City, N.J., has officially booked yet another major event to take place in the area.
Meetings Quest, the oldest series of education and networking events for association, corporate, government and religious meeting planners will be held in 2017.
“We are delighted to welcome Atlantic City as the newest multiyear partner of Meetings Quest and look forward to staging Meetings Quest in Atlantic City in 2017,” says Timothy Schneider, president and CEO of Schneider Publishing, which publishes Association News and organizes the event. “Meetings Quest provides unique educational and networking opportunities for meeting planners. We look forward to offering our attendees the chance to experience what makes Atlantic City an outstanding destination for meetings and conventions.”
The announcement was made June 9 at a press conference organized by Meet AC at Harrah’s Atlantic City.
“The announcement of Atlantic City hosting the Meetings Quest conference couldn’t come at a better time for the convention business in Atlantic City,” says Jim Wood, president and CEO of Meet AC. “Hosting Meetings Quest will allow us to showcase Atlantic City and all of its meeting and convention options to the meeting planners who will be in attendance during this conference. It’s just one more example of how Meet AC is continuing its efforts in growing our meetings and convention market.”
