Atlantic City welcomed more than 22,000 exhibitors and delegates from the New Jersey State League of Municipalities for it’s 99th Annual Conference being held November 18-20 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
The expected delegate spending for the event was projected to be more than $12 million dollars, in addition to the expected 8,000+ hotel rooms contracted by convention center visitors for the week.
“We are thrilled to play host to the 99th year of the convention,” said Karen Totaro, general manager, Global Spectrum at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The Center is filled with amazing displays and education sessions from top to bottom and we are looking forward to the big opening Tuesday morning.”
The largest municipal gathering in the country offered participants the opportunity to learn and ask questions to more than 100 panels, clinics, workshops and other sessions conducted by the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. They were also able to view government, association and commercial exhibits displaying the newest products and services.
