The Free Library of Philadelphia on the Parkway has named Brûlée Catering as their exclusive caterer.
Brûlée, which is helmed by chef Jean-Marie Lacroix, began their partnership with the venue on Feb. 9. The catering company is prepared to craft cuisine that will complement the newly renovated contemporary Skyline Room and Terrace (space for 290) and the Beuax-Arts Main Lobby (space for 250). Customized menus are available for every event from business gatherings to wedding receptions.
Many of Philadelphia’s well-known culinary professionals work with Lacroix. These include JC Nunez, Thomas McMullen and James Rodebaugh. The team has prepared meals for events such as the annual Liberty Medal Galas at The National Constitutional Center and the City Social with Mayor Nutter at the Philadelphia History Museum.
