Marriott recently opened a new location, the TownePlace Suites York, which will operate as a Marriott franchise, is owned by AVA Reality and is managed by Keystone Hotel Management. The 101-suite hotel is located just five minutes from downtown and 25 miles from the Harrisburg International Airport. Guests and staff can interact using a floor-to-ceiling TowneMap® that helps guests explore the local area by featuring restaurants, popular night spots, recreations areas, shopping and other services.
The TownePlace Suites York offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites that come fully equipped with kitchens and sleeping areas, as well as separate living/working spaces. The adjustable work areas feature built-in shelves and lighting and most rooms feature the Home OfficeTM Suite, which provides guests with plenty of storage and flexible space to work productively.
The hotel also features an indoor pool, 24-hour exercise room, a meeting room, complimentary wireless Internet access and on-site business services. Other amenities include a complimentary continental breakfast and a 24-hour coffee service.
