A new hotel has opened its doors on the Delaware River waterfront.
The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing is now one of the only hotels located on the waterfront, this providing guests with fantastic views of Philadelphia’s skyline. Only 15 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport, the hotel is mere steps from many dining and entertainment options as well as popular tourist attractions
“The team has been eagerly anticipating the opening of Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing,” says Jim Dina, COO, Pyramid Hotel Group, a privately owned full-service hotel and resort company. “Our dedicated associates look forward to making visitors to Philadelphia feel at home by greeting them with the world-renowned hospitality that is synonymous with Hilton Hotels & Resorts.”
The hotel is an exciting addition for meeting planners with 24,000 square feet of meeting space across two floors, including a Grand Ballroom that boasts 17-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. Other features include a 24-hour business center, 11 suites and Keating’s River Bar & Grill, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with dishes such as rosemary seared sea scallops and peppercorn crusted filet mignon.
“Hilton continues to grow in the City of Brotherly Love and is proud to welcome Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing to our growing portfolio of more than 550 hotels worldwide,” says Rob Palleschi, global head, full services brands, Hilton Worldwide. “With breathtaking views, modern amenities and large meeting and event space, this hotel provides the style, comfort and conveniences that today’s traveler desires.”
