TEN Announced Executive Board Members

By M+E Staff

Atlantic City’s most anticipated resort and casino, TEN, has recently announced their new executive board appointments.

“Our executive team is what makes the difference. That is why I am excited to announce our best-in-class executives with unmatched expertise and vision,” says Robert Landino, CEO, TEN. “If the question is ‘how will TEN be different,’ the answer most definitely starts with having an all-star executive team.”

Joining the team will be Frank Leone, senior vice president of casino operations; Cindi LePine, vice president of hotel operations; and Vincent Turrano, vice president of food and beverage.

Leone has worked with companies such as Trump Taj Mahal, Foxwoods, MGM Grand at Foxwoods and SLS in Las Vegas, where he oversaw all gaming operations. At TEN, Leone will be in charge of configuring the casino and increasing customer engagement. He will also be responsible for the loyalty rewards program.

LePine has more than 26 years of experience in hotel services in the Atlantic City area. Prior to joining the TEN team, LePine worked as the director of hotel operations at the Taj Mahal.

“Our iconic building and beachfront property is already a 10 out of 10. Our goal is to make sure we match our hotel and guest services with that highest level of quality,” says LePine. At TEN, LePine will focus on the guest experience; ensuring fun for people of all ages, and overseeing everything from housekeeping to amenities, to valet parking.

Turrano, the new vice president of food and beverage, most recently worked at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Fla., as the vice president of food and beverage. He also has experience working for Borgata’s and Bally’s, and Tropicana and Resorts Hotel and Casino.

TEN is still in development, but the team is striving to get the property fully operational.
