In May, Visit Bucks County revealed the recipients of the tourism office’s Spring 2015 Tourism Grant program; thirty-one nonprofit tourism organizations together will receive $219,000.
The program, implemented seven years ago to help with the development and enhancement of nonprofit tourism, has distributed more than $2.3 million since its inception.
The funding will be used for website redesigns, enhancements, marketing collateral, capital improvements, tourism product development and more.
Applications for the next tourism grant are due Oct. 1. Eligible recipients must be a nonprofit or other entity that located in Bucks County and a marketing partner for the CVB.
