The DCU Center arena and convention center and Legends Global (New York City) named Amy Peterson as general manager of the facility in Worcester, Massachusetts, in mid-January. Peterson brings a combination of venue- and event-management expertise to the role, and also boasts public-sector leadership and community-engagement experience. Most recently, she served as chief of staff for the executive office of the city manager for the city of Worcester, working closely with officials, stakeholders, and partners on large-scale events, public programming, and operational coordination.
