Borgata is already known for their collection of gourmet restaurants by some of the most well-known chefs in the business, and now they’ve added a brand-new one to their portfolio. Angeline in Atlantic City opened in early May and delivers Michael Symon’s take on Italian cooking. Symon is an Iron Chef, won a prestigious James Beard award and is a co-host on The Chew. Named for his mother, Angeline features family recipes including her own Sunday auce. Expect Sicilian-style handmade pastas, wood-fired dishes and elevated comfort cooking. Angeline is closed on Tuesdays and will be accepting reservations for large groups beginning June 1.
