Help your attendees de-stress with an afternoon at The Rage Arena of Maryland (formerly The Rage Room) in Glen Burnie, a half-hour south of Baltimore. Enter a Rage Room, where for 20 minutes guests are given the opportunity to hit, smash, and destroy breakable objects (while wearing protective gear). Or, splatter neon paint on the walls of a black-lit room. For attendees wishing to avoid the mess, try your hand at ax throwing or give a virtual reality escape room a shot.

“The Rage Room is ideal for team building because it allows people to experience an unusual activity together and create memories,” says Jason Tillman, owner of The Rage Arena. “Oftentimes, people choose to stay at a job because of the people, not the work—bring the people together, and increase productivity. Work together, plus play together, equals a stronger team.” The Rage Arena of Maryland offers event packages for groups of up to 40.
