Meet up & Make Mozzarella

Olsson’s Fine Foods offers a class that allows small groups in Princeton to get hands-on experience making a tasty treat. “The class is also very laid-back and open to all ages and skill levels,” says Cara Colbert, catering lead at Olsson’s. “We also give you direction and another set of cheese curds to bring home so you can try it again.” Led by owner and cheese guru Rudie Smit, the mozzarella-making classes last about an hour and can accommodate up to 12 people. Private group classes can be set up at other locations and are available for groups of six or more.
