INGREDIENTS:
—1 oz. Four Roses Bourbon
—1 oz. Bols Pumpkin Smash
—.5 oz. pear puree
—.5 oz. house-infused spiced vermouth*
—1 dash lemon juice
—4 pods green cardamom
—1 dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with ice and shake. 2. Strain into rocks glass with one large cube.
* To infuse vermouth: Bring to boil one bottle of sweet vermouth with 6 cardamom pods, 6 cloves and 1 cinnamon stick. Let cool and strain before use.
