The Grand Hyatt Seattle, a 457-room property in downtown Seattle, opened The Elliott Bar on Pine in its recently refreshed lobby area on June 4. The bar adds to both the city’s and hotel’s nightlife scene and focuses primarily on Champagne and premium spirits alongside small bites and a full-service bar.
“We are thrilled to open The Elliott Bar on Pine as a cornerstone of our commitment to elevating the luxury experience at Grand Hyatt Seattle,” says Chris Jacoby, director of sales and marketing for the hotel, in a prepared statement. “This addition embodies our vision of the next era of hospitality at our property, giving guests an unparalleled blend of elegance and sophistication in the heart of the city.”
The bar is dressed to impress with its notable beverage program curated with a list of chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier—all sourced from the Champagne region of France. It can seat 45 patrons at a time and features a striking glass art installation. Guests can also order one of The Elliott Bar’s artisanal Champagne cocktails, including Empress 75, Moonwalker, and Black Velvet, all featuring notable flavor pairings and elegant garnishes. What’s more, visitors can also grab a drink from the Champagne vending machine, featuring an array of bubbly options.
This menu of drinks can be paired with any of The Elliott’s small plates including Kobe Beef Sliders, the Grand Charcuterie Board, Seasons Bounty Crudités, and more.
In addition to the bar, the Grand Hyatt Seattle sits adjacent to the Seattle Convention Center and features stunning views of Puget Sound, Lake Union, and both the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. Planners considering the property for an event will have 25,000 square feet of available on-site function space to choose from.
