Chef Biswas comes to the role at Brush Creek with more than a decade of culinary experience at top-rated resorts and Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe. He was first trained in France in classic French cuisine and techniques under Bocuse d’Or winner and Meilleur Ouvrier de France champion Chef Franck Putelat at his two-star Michelin restaurant.

“My goal is to bring innovation, excellence, and delight to every dish I prepare, and to share my love of food with others,” says Biswas in a prepared statement. He holds a master’s degree in hospitality and tourism from Edinburgh Napier University in the United Kingdom, in addition to diplomas in business administration and baking and pastry arts. He earned the Certificate Sous Chef credential from the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, was a finalist for the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the World USA 2022-23, and received recognition for the Best Creative Dish in the 2023 Rare Steak Championship.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chef Biswas to the Brush Creek Ranch team,” says Michael Williams, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the property. “His experience, strong sense of teamwork, passion, and creativity will provide guidance and inspiration to our culinary teams as we continue to provide extraordinary epicurean experiences to our guests.”

The ranch spans 30,000 acres of land and offers an abundance of event space, group activities, and group dining experiences.
