The six-story, $42 million, 256,000-square-foot project is scheduled to open May 30 and includes two separate hotels, both owned by CSM Corp: Aloft Seattle Redmond and Element Seattle Redmond.
Both hotels have their own lobbies. Element has 131 guest rooms, while Aloft has 150 guest rooms. Aloft’s seven meeting rooms and pre-function collaborative space are accessible to groups staying at the Element as well. The largest of the spaces is more than 1,500 square feet.
Boasting modern, upscale interiors, the property also includes the W XYZ Bar, which will feature live acoustic performances.
