The Resort at The Mountain in Welches, Ore., welcomes John Erickson as general manager of the 243-acre golf, ski and meetings destination. Erickson will be responsible for overseeing and managing all areas of service, operations, facilities, staffing and revenue management.

Erickson brings experience in multiple management capacities at golf resorts, hotels and tourism organizations. He comes to The Resort from KemperSports in North, Ill., where he served as general manager, director of corporate special projects and director of regional operations.
