The venue recently transformed its 12th-floor lounge into a memorable meetings and events destination called Alaïa. Offering 2,500 square feet of flexible space, Alaïa is now available as a suitable venue for gatherings ranging from corporate events to private parties.

Planners will appreciate the available private breakout room with an LED screen and karaoke machine, energy-saving ViewSmart windows with adjustable tint for desired comfort levels, a wraparound 300-square-foot balcony, and a vibrant neon backlit bar.
Custom catering is available through the on-site Club Versante, and the space has capacity for round tables for up to 50, a seated dinner of up to 60, and a standing reception of up to 100 with a variety of other configurations available.
