Shore Lodge—an award-winning lakefront resort in McCall, Idaho—has welcomed a new restaurant concept this summer, the first of several it has planned. Formerly the Lake Grill, the new restaurant, The Cutwater, offers a locally inspired menu, including its famous huckleberry pancakes made with huckleberries foraged from local mountains and the Huckletini, a cocktail creation of vodka, Cointreau and local huckleberries.
The new venue can host private events for groups of up to 150 (indoor/outdoor space) and can also cater private dinners on-site. The Cutwater will be joined this year by The Bar and The Narrows Steakhouse, which will include a private dining room that can seat 16.
A McCall landmark since 1948, Shore Lodge is located just two hours north of Boise, on the edge of the largest area of protected wilderness in the continental United States. The resort has more than 19,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as the Cove, a full-service spa.
