Served in Westmark Baranof Hotel’s Bubble Room Lounge, this adult beverage is the perfect colorful accompaniment to Alaska’s natural light show.
INGREDIENTS
-1 oz. Absolut vodka
-2 oz. Midori melon liqueur
-2 oz. sweet and sour mix
-1 maraschino cherry
-1.5 oz. Sprite
-1 oz. blue curacao
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the Absolut vodka, Midori melon liqueur and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake well, and strain into a large martini glass with the maraschino cherry at the bottom.
3. Top with Sprite, and add the blue curacao.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve. Cheers!
