In late July, Margaritaville Resort Orlando celebrated the groundbreaking of its new hotel. The $750 million property will have 187 rooms, located next to U.S. Highway 192 near Toll Road 429 in Western Osceola County. The gathering on July 27 hosted Margaritaville executives, local dignitaries, and representatives from the development company Encore Capital Management, for a total of more than 250.
The event production and destination management company that has served Colorado since 1969 has rebranded itself as Imprint Group.

Five Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels have unveiled new meeting offerings for 2017 group programs. Located in the Walt Disney World Resort, these hotels are within walking distance of the Disney Springs area. The new waterfront Disney Springs offers a wide mix of shops, a variety of both upscale and casual dining options and live entertainment options.

Walt Disney World Resort announced two new event packages that will be available Dec. 2–19—the Winter Wonderland Escape and the Holiday Memories.
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center in Orlando, where the festivities of the Holiday Memories offering will take place, offers guests an atmosphere defined by holiday spirits. Lighting projections and decorated, colored tables will help create such an effect. This offering is available for groups of 20 to 80 guests.
