The Ranch has announced three new custom group experiences tthat will be vailable at the Ranch 4.0 at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.

The new packages include hiking, rest, strength, conditioning, massages and yoga. There are three base programs corporate and leisure groups can choose from—Leading & Clean Eating, C-Suite Retreat and Strength in Numbers. The packages are designed to promote both health and wellness, and build strong relationships between employees and employers.

“I believe we have seen a marked interest in The Ranch 4.0 from corporate and private groups because we offer a unique experience that naturally lends itself to teambuilding, camaraderie and mental and physical detoxification.” says Alex Glasscock, CEO and founder of The Ranch Malibu. “We designed three custom group packages with the intention of promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle on an individual level, along with supporting a positive group dynamic both during and after the program.”

The Ranch works with corporate and leisure groups to create custom programming. The company developed the packages based off of trends they observed. Packages are based off of a three-day Monday–Thursday stay but can be adjusted based on groups interests.

Packages include:

  • Leading & Clean Eating Guests have the opportunity to work with Chef Meredith Haaz while exploring plant-based cuisine. This includes cooking demonstrations and a trip to the organic garden.
  • C-Suite Retreat With this, guests will gain a better understanding of their personal health and medical well-being through comprehensive tests. It combines in-depth medical testing and fitness programming.
  • Strength in Numbers This fitness-oriented package includes afternoon fitness classes and mountain hikes. All of the activities are designed to strengthen the body and clear the mind while encouraging camaraderie, empathy and teamwork.

Members of the The Ranch staff work directly with each group and adhere to their requests.

Packages include the three-day stay, a daily diet and group activities as desired.

Pricing begins at $3,000 per person for the all-inclusive three-day stay, with a 10-person minimum booking requirement.

Results from the Incentive Research Foundation’s (IRF) 2022 Incentive Travel Destination Preferences & Their Impact on Motivation confirmed that interest in incentive travel as a motivating sales reward is at an all-time high. 91% of 405 survey respondents described group incentive travel as extremely or very motivating compared to 80% last year. Individual incentive travel was rated even higher as a motivational award at 96% versus 84% last year.

Everybody loves to talk about welcoming change. Then change happens, and whew, it’s tough. After the past few years, meetings and events professionals certainly appreciate that feeling, but they’re also feeling energized by so many new ways for attendees to gather.

The corporate world spends an estimated $242 billion on gifts for employees and customers, according to Forbes. Wouldn’t it be rewarding if the purchasing and giving of these types of gifts offered meaningful work for veterans, women, and their children?
