The Abbey Resort in Fontana, Wis., has recently completed renovations that improved their 334 guest rooms, upgraded their outdoor hot tub, and added waterslides to their kids' pool and new features to the toddler-friendly splash pad. The resort is situated on the shores of Geneva Lake, which inspires the nautical theme of their guest rooms. With plush new bedding, carpeting, paint and sofa sleepers, guests will appreciate the comfort of Abbey Resort's updated spaces.
The iconic Grand Hyatt New York in Midtown Manhattan recently debuted a multimillion dollar renovation of its conference level, including 12,000 square feet of meeting space and 18 breakout rooms. Designed by New York City-based interior design and architecture firm Nemaworkshop, the new design reflects the energy of the adjacent Grand Central Terminal and the New York City skyline.
Pebble Beach Company of Pebble Beach, Calif., has announced the opening of Fairway One at Pebble Beach Resorts in August. The Fairway One complex will sit on the left side of the first fairway, offering a new and enhanced guest room experience with oversized accommodations, a greater sense of privacy and personalized service. Complete with ocean, garden and golf course views, Fairway One will include three two-story hotel buildings, two four-bedroom golf cottages and a brand new meeting facility.
Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City completed renovations to the 10th floor meeting space and the Garden Grille & Bar.
Upgrades include new televisions and furniture on the 10th floor. An ADA motorized lift was installed in the Garden Grille & Bar and will lower one end of the bar to accommodate all guests. The renovations were designed to give the hotel a modern, contemporary look.
Renovations in the 3,400-square-foot 10th floor meeting space also included new window treatments, new carpet and marble countertops.
Wylie Inn and Conference Center at Endicott College has revealed its multimillion dollar upgrades to their conference room and guestroom that include new goods and flooring.

Grand Hotel, located in Mackinac Island, Michigan will reopen on May 4 after completing its renovation. Renovations include three new suites, with interior design by Dorothy Draper & Company, and changes to the world’s longest porch at 660-feet. It will be open the first weekend in May through the end of October.
Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club in southwest Florida will offer “Perks Are In Full Swing Group Promotion” in celebration of its revamped golf course. Available for new program bookings slated for May 21–Oct. 31, 2017, the promotion offers perks for groups that have booked at least 15 rooms on peak nights, with a minimum of two on Sunday–Thursday.
The promotion is available for the two peak nights on any night from Aug. 12–Sept. 9, 2017. To take advantage of the promotion, contract must be signed by April 30, 2017.
Treetops Resort received a $4.5 million loan for their renovations that will begin immediately. North Avenue Capital—a commercial lender—partnered with Centennial Bank to provide the loan for the resort.
