Ingredients:

—2 oz. Golden Moon Apple Jack

—.75 oz. lime juice

—1 oz. grenadine

—2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with homemade Applejack fruit roll-ups.
