From Silver Reef Casino in Ferndale, Washington, the Cool Cucumber is the perfect summer drink for a hot afternoon or warm evening. The subtle heat from the ginger simple syrup is quickly cooled by the cucumber and refreshed with a hint of citrus.

INGREDIENTS
— 4 slices of cucumber
— 1 lemon wedge
— 1.25 oz. Yazi ginger-flavored vodka
— 1 oz. ginger-infused simple syrup
— 3 oz. soda water
— 4 sprigs of candied ginger (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Muddle 3 cucumber slices and lemon wedge. Add ice, vodka and simple syrup. Shake and pour into glass. Add soda water and garnish with a slice of cucumber and candied ginger.

It’s been producing hand sanitizer for hospitals, police and fire departments across the Detroit metro, while lifting spirits with creative curbside cocktail kits.

—3 oz. fresh-pressed blueberry juice

—juice of half a lime

—ginger beer

—shaved ice

—sprig of mint

—lime wedge

—1.5 oz. Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
—.5 oz. Batavia Arrack (or Blanc Rhum Agricole)
—1 oz. tonic water
