• Signature Drink: Martinis for Four!

Invite three of your closest friends over to sample Boise Centre’s tasty cranberry martinis! (Serves 4)

INGREDIENTS
—6 oz. gin
—1 cup cranberry juice
—Sliced fresh ginger
—Ginger ale
—Fresh cranberries, for garnish
—Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Fill four cocktail glasses with ice or chill four martini glasses. Take a cocktail shaker and fill it approximately halfway with ice. Pour in half of the gin, half of the cranberry juice and a few thin slices of fresh ginger. Shake vigorously to chill the contents. Strain the drink over the ice or into two martini glasses. Repeat the steps with the remaining gin, juice and ginger to make two more drinks. Top each drink with a few splashes of ginger ale, and add a few cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish. Enjoy!

This creation is one of the distillery’s most requested drinks and perfectly refreshing in the summertime.

INGREDIENTS:
— 1.5 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
— .25 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
— .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
— .75 oz. Penn’s Woods Syrup*

*Combine 40g fresh dill, 20g fresh basil and 10g dried coriander into one quart of simple syrup. Blend mixture, strain, and store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS:
→ 2 oz. London Dry Gin
→ 3/4 oz. raspberry syrup*
→ 3/4 oz. lemon juice
→ egg white
→ Angostura bitters

DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake hard. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with three drops of Angostura bitters.
