• Signature Drink: Raspberry Fizz

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
– 5 oz. lime juice
– 5 oz. raspberry simple syrup*

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.

*Raspberry Simple Syrup Yields 1 gallon

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 gallon water
– 14 oz. raspberry jam
– 8 tbsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients into a large sauce pan and let simmer on low heat for about 12 minutes.
2. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain the syrup and let cool.
4. Place in bottles to preserve and use as needed.

Corgi Spirits, an independent small-batch distillery located in Jersey City, has hosted a variety of private events including corporate parties; catering is BYO. INGREDIENTS
—1.5 oz. Corgi Spirits Pembroke Gin
—3 oz. fresh apple cider
—0.25 oz. ginger simple syrup*
—3 thyme sprigs
—thyme sprig for garnish

 

INGREDIENTS:
—1.5 oz. Sotol
—.5 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
—.75 oz. lime juice
—.75 oz. mint simple syrup
—.25 oz. Amargo-Vallet
—soda
—mint

DIRECTIONS:
Combine Sotol, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, lime juice and mint simple syrup in a shaker, shake and strain into a Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda, slapped mint and a straw. Finally, top with an Amargo-Vallet float to create two distinct layers.

—16 oz. nonflavored tonic
—4 apples, sliced and cored
—2 cinnamon sticks
