Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, a 951-room upscale hotel on the St. johns River, offers the largest meeting space in Northeast Florida to event planners and their attendees. The hotel’s 118,000 square feet of flexible event spaces are stacked riverfront decks featuring indoor and outdoor functionality year-round. Also available for use is a newly renovated ballroom, as well as multiple small- and mid-sized event spaces. For larger outdoor events planners can make use of the hotel’s Coast Line Drive, which can be transformed into a riverfront venue.

“Our urban oasis setting on the St. Johns River provides groups with direct access to the premier entertainment and attractions of downtown Jacksonville complemented by our beautiful waterfront setting,” says Kate De Master, director of sales and marketing at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, in a prepared statement. “The hotel’s meeting experience is designed around our vibrant destination with venues that feature indoor-outdoor functionality overlooking the river. Our location also provides easy access to all of Jacksonville’s premier experiences—groups can enjoy premier world-class museums, incredible dining, and some of the best recreational and water activities right outside our front door.”

With the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront’s convenient location on St. Johns River, eventgoers can enjoy river tours and river taxi rides that take them to some of Jacksonville’s most iconic attractions, including TIAA Bank Field, Vystar Arena, and the Cummer Museum of Arts & Gardens.

The hotel’s team of event specialists are available to coordinate group kayak tours, fishing excursions, and “dock and dine” experiences where groups can boat along the river and enjoy cuisine from a variety of local restaurants. Several beaches are also located within 20 minutes of the hotel, easily accessible via shuttle service or chartered bus.

Also available to guests at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront are a 24-hour gym, Morton’s The Steakhouse restaurant, Shore Seafood Grill, Tavern cocktail bar, and the 24-hour grab-and-go market.
