Ette Hotel offers a unique luxury experience for visitors in Orlando. Located just minutes away from Disney Parks, it is the perfect location for a fun and adventurous getaway.

With 126 guest rooms focused on self-care, the amenities include the option for wellness suites that provide Technogym bench, a Peloton bike, and weights for guest use, as well as in-house dry cleaning and seamstress services, doctors, a two-room spa for massages and facials, and on-site yoga sessions.

“We have a trendy, elegant edge to the whole operation and our service and recognition of the guests has a lot to do with the overall success of the brand,” says Alex Ekbatani, the president and owner of ette hotel.”

Dining accommodations feature tasty morsels conceptualized by Michelin Starred chef Akira Back. Across two floors of the hotel, guests can mingle between velvet-lined Sentient seats and an inviting bar at Salt & The Cellar by Akira Back, an Asian-Mediterranean fusion restaurant. Or visitors can retreat to the sixth-floor rooftop eatery, LIPA, to delve into new- and old-world Asian fare while gazing at views of Disney’s Animal Kingdom from afar. For those that want to connect with their regal side, an afternoon tea is also offered at the hotel.

The Hidden Path is a spirit-free refreshment conceptualized by mixologist Jarl De Vries.

What makes ette’s dining experiences unique are its zero-proof bars—staying true to their wellness approach. Though they do not incorporate alcohol into the beverages, Mixologist Jarl De Vries, combines seasonal ingredients with refined techniques to craft unique and flavorful refreshments. And for those that prefer an extra pep in their sip, the hotel does allow guests to bring their own booze free of charge. “That is their decision, I cannot enforce wellness on everyone,” says Ekbatani.

As far as meeting space goes, the hotel features a social room that is comparable to a large conference room for up to 50 people in a variety of configurations from cocktail style, classroom format, or a sit-down dinner. And if planners need more room, the entire hotel, or portions of it such as the lobby, courtyard, pool area, or restaurant, are available for buyouts.

“We are very versatile,” he says. “We are not limited to one structured space that you see in other venues … [the flexibility of the space] adds a lot of beauty to an event.”

As a small boutique hotel, Ekbatani emphasizes the value that operating as an independent brand has on his visitors. With a smaller scope and strong focus on wellness, he says that the hotel can more readily cater to the specific needs and wants of every guest that walks through the door.
