Oliver Hospitality Launches Loyalty Program

The boutique hotel group with hotels in Tennessee, Georgia, and Mississippi is now offering guests the opportunity to earn perks through Invited by Oliver

By Linden M. Bayliss

Boutique hotel group Oliver Hospitality, based in Nashville, Tennessee, launched a loyalty program so planners and attendees who appreciate the feel of a smaller hotel can enjoy similar perks to those available at a large chain. With Invited by Oliver, guests at any of its four hotels in the region can earn points and rewards for repeat business.

Invited by Oliver allows guests to earn points for each reservation after the checkout date—one point is awarded for every dollar spent and points can be used toward stays at any Oliver property. Members also have access to exclusive benefits like dining discounts, members-only events, and complimentary room upgrades (when available). Email alerts are sent to all members when special offers are on the table.

The hotel group owns and operates two hotels in Tennessee: The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville and Fairlane Hotel in Nashville. The Oliver Hotel is the brand’s flagship 28-room hotel housed in an 1876 building with roots as the old Peter Kern Bakery—its speakeasy, the Peter Kern Library, pays homage to the building’s history and can host private events of up to 40 people. Its on-site restaurant, Oliver Royale, serves up new American cuisine and hosts events for up to 85. Fairlane Hotel in Nashville has a 1960s and ’70s vibe in the heart of downtown Music City. It offers a wide selection of meeting rooms including on its penthouse level for gatherings with a view.

In Atlanta, Georgia, Hotel Clermont is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year on Ponce de Leon Avenue and is one of only three hotels in Georgia to be awarded a Michelin Key in the inaugural awards this year. One of its notable features is its French-American brasserie, Tiny Lou’s, which welcomed Executive Chef Jon Novak and Pastry Chef Charmaine Ware in 2021—and don’t miss the hotel’s rooftop taco food truck for fresh-air eats. The Oliver Hotel of Oxford in Mississippi was renovated last year and reopened last August. It features a country club aesthetic within the artsy and sporty city of Oxford, home to the University of Mississippi (also known as “Ole Miss,”) and once the muse of prominent writers William Faulkner and John Grisham.
