Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, will present the largest expansion in the resort’s history next summer, adding over 100,000 square feet of event space. Meeting space updates will include the new 38,000-square-foot Upper Peninsula Ballroom with 14,000 square feet of prefunction space and the addition of the 40,000-square-foot Lower Peninsula multipurpose area with 24,000 square feet of prefunction space. The inclusion of programmable lighting, a fiber optic and ethernet backbone, reversible escalators, and a freight elevator enhance meeting capabilities at the new venues.
