The Alfond Inn at Rollins, an award-winning boutique hotel in the heart of Winter Park, Florida, celebrated its 10th anniversary this month. Now a go-to destination for lodging, dining, meetings, and weddings, the hotel is expected to grow with the unveiling of a new wing and spa later this year.

The AAA Four Diamond-rated hotel will boast 183 rooms upon completion of the new wing, The Spa, two pools, a 6,000-square-foot Amenity Deck, a newly renovated library, a fitness center, and 12,400 square feet of flexible meeting space. Also on the property are the award-winning Hamilton’s Kitchen restaurant and The Cafe.
Event spaces at The Alfond Inn include the 5,000-square-foot Park Avenue Ballroom; The Conservatory, featuring a domed glass ceiling and access to the hotel’s 10,000-square-foot courtyard; the Pool Veranda, which can accommodate up to 125 guests; two private dining rooms, which can accommodate up to 50; the 2,000-square-foot New England Meeting Room, which opens up onto the property’s south lawn; the 1,000-square-foot Boardroom; and more.
