Construction of Caesars Republic Scottsdale is well underway on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square with a grand opening planned for early 2024. The 11-story luxury property includes 265 guest rooms (including 36 suites), a rooftop pool and lounge, and two signature Italian restaurants by chef Giada De Laurentiis.
Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s conference center includes a 7,000-square-foot, column-free ballroom with sliding glass doors that open onto an event space featuring Cleopatra’s Pool & Bar. The first-floor ballroom is divisible into three sections and accommodates banquets up to 500 people, with meeting and event planners able to choose custom ceiling and lighting colors and a variety of other high-tech features. In addition, five meeting rooms and one executive board room will be available, along with the 3,000-square-foot Camelback Veranda with views of Camelback Mountain on the eighth floor.
SEVEN, the rooftop pool and lounge on the seventh floor, will be operated by Riot Hospitality Group of Scottsdale and feature weekend brunches, afternoon activities, and bookings for private events.
Also, five top-floor penthouse entertainment suites that encompass more than 2,000 square feet and feature outdoor terraces and butler kitchens are ideal for small groups and VIPs. For meeting attendees who make it a priority to stay on top of fitness levels while traveling, wellness suites are a great option with Peloton stationary bikes and other related amenities. Plus, a top-of-the-line fitness center is located across from the rooftop pool.
The architecture and interior design elements are a salute to Caesars Republic’s Las Vegas roots and incorporate thoughtful materials and sleek, modern elements. The design also takes full advantage of desert and mountain views
Caesars Republic Scottdale is owned by HCW, and HCW Hospitality Management will serve as the management. Bookings are already being accepted for indoor/outdoor event spaces, and room reservations will begin in quarter two of 2023.
