The property’s signature restaurant, Adelaide, is French- and New Orleans-inspired with a Cajun twist and offers seasonal menus. Also on property is Van Ryder, the first full-scale hotel rooftop experience in Salt Lake with artisan-crafted libations and cocktail cuisine. Together, the properties have about 8,400 square feet of meeting space.
To kick off the influx of new hotel Rooms in Salt Lake City’s Convention District, the 50-room evo Hotel launched in February 2022. Located in a 100,000-square-foot historic building in the Granary District on the evo Salt Lake campus, the property offers easy access to on-site gear shops and climbing and skating facilities. There also is an intimate rooftop cocktail bar, penthouse patio, lounge and event spaces, and flexible meeting rooms.
The 25-story Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City officially opened its doors in Oct. 17, 2022. It’s the first Hyatt Regency in Utah and the only hotel directly adjoining the Salt Palace Convention Center. Highlights include 700 guestrooms and suites, 60,000 square feet of event space, and four distinct dining venues.
On the horizon, Asher Adams is an adaptive reuse of Salt Lake’s historic Union Pacific Depot and will be part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection. Currently under construction, Asher Adams will have 13 specialty suites located within the historic train station and a new eight-story structure with an additional 212 guest rooms. There will be multiple food and beverage outlets, 9,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and open-air gathering areas.
